Children’s Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policy (Ages 5–12)

To keep all children safe, please follow the guidance below.

First Visit

• On your child’s first visit, a registration form must be completed by a parent/carer before they can take part.

Drop-Off

• Please do not drop children off more than 5 - 10 minutes before the session starts.

• Ensure a club leader is present before leaving.

• Children must not be left unattended outside the venue.

Pick-Up

• Please collect your child promptly at the end of the session.

• Children will only be released to a parent/carer or an adult named in advance.

• If someone different is collecting your child, please inform us beforehand.

Late Collection

• If you are delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

Leaving Alone

• Children may only leave alone with written parent/carer permission and agreement from the club.

Safety

• The club is responsible for children during session times only.

• All staff and volunteers follow safeguarding procedures.
